Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, worcestershire sauce and mustard.
In resealable bag, place chicken and marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Spray nonstick frying pan and cook chicken about minutes on each side.
