This is a great side dish and is very inexpensive to make, and it's oh so good.

Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter , melted
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and pour into a 13x9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes
