  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cider or white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pound pepper steak
  • 2 medium green bell peppers -- julienned
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, and ginger until smooth. Add steak; toss to coat. In a skillet, stir-fry green peppers in oil until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
