Ingredients
- 1 * 1 pound Medium-large Raw Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined
- 1 * 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 * 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 2 * 2 bunches Broccoli
- 2 * 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 * 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 * 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 4 * 4 teaspoons White Sesame Seeds, Toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Clean broccoli, separate florets and peel/chop stems into bite-sized pieces. Set broccoli aside.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add olive oil to the pan. Immediately add shrimp and garlic. Stir fry quickly until pink. Remove from the pan and place in a bowl. Do not overcook shrimp, they should just be turning pink.
Return the frying pan to the heat and add the broccoli. Stir broccoli in the garlic and oil. When the broccoli turns bright green, add shrimp back to the pan with any liquid that has accumulated in the bowl. Drizzle with sesame oil and add red pepper flakes. Stir to combine. Turn off heat, add soy sauce and stir to coat everything with soy sauce.
Plate the stir-fry with rice, or place in bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
