Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cooked & shredded
- 1 Tbl Chili Powder
- 12 Flour Tortillas
- 1 can Diced Green Chilies
- 1 Tbl Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 C. Sour Cream
- 1 Onion diced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix chicken, chili power, onion, diced chilies in frying pan to warm. Add 1/2 the sour cream and 1/2 of the cheese.
Roll the mixture into the tortillas and place in 9x13 pan. When done rolling tortillas, add the remaining sour cream and cheese on top.
Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes - till cheese is bubbly.
