Ingredients

  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbp horseradish
  • 1/2 lbs crab meat
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • Wonton skins
  • Cooking oil to deep fry

Preparation

Step 1

In a sauce pan heat up the cooking oil.

Put the crab in the food processor and pulse. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse to blend. Put a small amount in the center of each Wonton skin and fold. Seal the edge with your finger and water. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
