Ingredients
- 1 Sleeve plain ritz crackers
- 10 Tbp butter
- 3 tsp oregano
- 3 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 small spanish onion
- 1 can chopped clams and juice
- 1/2 cup romano cheese grated

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter in fry pan. Chop the onion and add to the butter. Saute the onion until they are transulent and soft, about 15 mins. Add the pepper and oregano. In a large bowl mix the onions and all remaining ingredients except the riz crackers. With your hands take each cracker and crumble it into the mixture. Blend with a wooden spoon. Spread the mixture into a small baking dish and top with a little grated romano and fresh pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
