- 1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 cup beef stock
Preparation
Step 1
Add Worcestershire sauce to pan with red wine. Reduce by 1/2
Add Beef stock and reduce by 1/2
Lightly season with S&P
