- 1 - 15 OZ. CAN PUMPKIN
- 3 LARGE EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 3/4 CUP FIRM - PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
- 2 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
- 1 - 12 OZ CAN EVAPORATED MILK
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 - BOX WHITE OR YELLOW CAKE MIX
- 1 CUP BUTTER , MELTED (2 STICKS)
- 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. COMBINE PUMPKIN, EGGS, BOTH SUGARS, SPICE, MILK, AND SALT. MIX THOROUGHLY. POUR INTO UNGREASED 13 X 9 PAN. SPRINKLE DRY CAKE MIX EVENLY OVER BATTER IN PAN AND DRIZZLE MELTED BUTTER EVENLY OVER ALL. SPRINKLE WITH PECANS. BAKE IN CENTER OF OVEN ABOUT 1 1/4 HOURS UNTIL TOP IS SET AND BOTTOM HAS TEXTURE OF PUMPKIN PIE.
