Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 TBs corn syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamopn
- 2 cups walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix corn syrup, sugar, water and salt in a pot. Syir over low heat until sugar dissolves, boil until candy thermometor says soft ball, about 238 degrees.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, cinnamon and walnuts.
Turn out on waxed paper and pull the nuts apart while cooling.
