Crockpot Potatoes au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 2 pounds baking taters cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat milk until small bubbles form around edges. Remove from heat. add soup, creeam cheese, seasoning. stir.
Layer 1/4 potatoes and 1/4 onion in slow cooker. Top with 1/4 of soup. repeat 3 times. Cover. cook on low 6/1/2 to 7 hours or until potoes are tender and most liquid is absorbed
