Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 chopped carrot
- 3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken strips
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed tomatoes with basil, oregano, garlic.
- 4 tsp. chopped basil (or dry)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet.
Saute veggies till soft.
Remove from pan.
Add strips. Cook till opaque.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cover.
Simmer about 30 min or longer till flavors blend well and chicken is done
