Buster Bar Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 small package Oreo's
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups powder sugar 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1 /2 cup salted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Crush Oreo's mix soft butter. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and freeze for 1 hour.
Cut up 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream and put on top of cookies and freeze for 1 hour.
Cook powder sugar, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Bring to boil and cook 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool to lukewarm.
Spread salted peanuts over ice cream. Top with fudge mixture and return to freezer.


Note:
Oreo's crush better when frozen.
