- TOPPING:
- 1 LOAF FRENCH BREAD , CUBED ( ANY BREAD WILL DO)
- 8 EGGS
- 3 CUPS MILK
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 4 TSP SUGAR
- 3/4 TSP SALT
- 2 TBSP BUTTER PATS, PLUS
- 3 TBSP SUGAR
- 2 TSP CINNAMON

Step 1
CUBE BREAD INTO BAKING DISH , MIX EGGS , MILK , SUGAR , VANILLA AND SALT IN BOWL. POUR OVER TOP OF BREAD. COVER AND SOAK OVER NIGHT (IF YOU DON'T WANT TO YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUT IT MAKES IT MORE MOIST). TAKE OUT OF FRIDGE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO BAKING. SPRINKLE TOP WITH CINNAMON & SUGAR. PAT WITH BUTTER. BAKE COVERED AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES.SERVE WITH YOUR FAVORITE SYRUP.
