Roasted Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with extra virgin olive oil, curry, sea salt and pepper. Place the florets on parchment lined baking pan and bake for 20 minutes until soft.
