  • 1/2 CUP PANKO (JAPANESE BREAD CRUMB) YOU CAN GET IT AT PUBLIX
  • 1 TSP FRESH CILANTRO, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 TSP
  • GRATED FRESH GINGER (I USED GROUND GINGER)
  • 1/8 TSP FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP CANOLA OIL

COMBINE SHRIMP & EGG WHITES IN LARGE BOWL, TOSSING TO COAT.

COMBINE THE PANKO, CILANTRO, GINGER, & BLACK PEPPER IN LARGE ZIPLOCK BAG. SEAL & SHAKE TO COAT.

HEAT OIL IN LARGE SKILLET (NONSTICK) OVER MEDIUM - HIGH HAET. ARRANGE SHRIMP IN SINGLE LAYER IN PAN.

COOK 2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL DONE.
