- 20 JUMBO SHRIMP
- 1 LARGE EGG WHITE, LIGHTLY BEATEN
- 1/2 CUP PANKO (JAPANESE BREAD CRUMB) YOU CAN GET IT AT PUBLIX
- 1 TSP FRESH CILANTRO, CHOPPED
- 1/2 TSP
- GRATED FRESH GINGER (I USED GROUND GINGER)
- 1/8 TSP FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
- 1 TBSP CANOLA OIL

Step 1
COMBINE SHRIMP & EGG WHITES IN LARGE BOWL, TOSSING TO COAT.
COMBINE THE PANKO, CILANTRO, GINGER, & BLACK PEPPER IN LARGE ZIPLOCK BAG. SEAL & SHAKE TO COAT.
HEAT OIL IN LARGE SKILLET (NONSTICK) OVER MEDIUM - HIGH HAET. ARRANGE SHRIMP IN SINGLE LAYER IN PAN.
COOK 2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL DONE.
