White chocolate Macaroon cookies

White Chocolate and coconut. From packaged mix

Ingredients

• 1 pouch sugar cookies
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 2/3 white chips
• 1/2 t coconut extract
• 1 t shortening

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 375
in large bowl mix:
butter, egg, 1 cup chips, coconut.
stir until soft dough forms
Drop by rounded spoonful 2" apart
bake 9-11 minutes ( 10 good)
Or until only edges are brown
COOL
In small bowl micro remaining chocolate. Put in pastry bag.
drizzle on cookies
