Preheat oven to 350 degree

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c sugar
• 1 c shortening
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp cream of tarter
• 1 tsp lemon flavoring
• 3/4 t salt
• 2 1/2 flour

Preparation

Step 1

Roll into small walnut size balls, then roll in sugar. Bake 5-8 mins
