Ingredients
- 1/3 - 1/3 cup - brown sugar
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup - chopped walnuts
- 1 - 1 cup - flour
- 1/3 - 1/3 cup - margerine, melted
- 2 - 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup - sugar
- 2 - 2 eggs
- 2 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 - 4 tablespoons cream or milk
- 2 - 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
- Mix Brown Sugar, nuts, and flour.
- Stir in margerine and mix with hands until crumbly.
- Remove 1 cup and reserve.
- Press remainder in 9 X 13 greased pan and pack firmly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beat in eggs, lemon juice, milk, and vanilla. Pour over baked crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes
- Cool Thoroughly.
- Cut into 2 inch squares
- Cover and refrigerate
