Ingredients
- 2 - 8 OZ PKGCREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 2 - 6 OZ CANS CRAB MEAT (BEST WITH FRESH LUMP CRAB MEAT, BUT CANNED MAKES A GREAT DIP ALSO)
- 2 TBSP MILK
- 4 TBSP GRATED ONION (OR FINELY CHOPPED)
- 1 TBSP CREAMY HORSERADISH(LIKE HELLMAN'S OR BOAR'S HEAD)
- 1/2 TSP SALT
Preparation
Step 1
MIX SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE WITH MILK. ADD CRABMEAT , ONION , CREAMY HORSERADISH , AND SALT. BAKE 15 - 20 MINUTES AT 350.
GREAT SERVED AS A DIP WITH CRACKERS OR CHIPS , ORAS A SPREAD SERVED ON TOASTED FRENCH TOASTS POINTS.
