Step 1

Take four bone in pork chops. Then whisk together zest and juice of one orange and zest only of one other orange, 1/4 c white wine vinegar, 3/4 c honey salt and pepper. Also take other orange and cut into wedges and add that and 5 sprigs rosemary to marinade. Then put in zip lock bag and refigerate at least 2 hours and up to overnight. Then grill. When done take marinade and add to small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Brush with marinade during griliing. WE TRIED TIHS 11/14 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, EVERYONE LIKED IT.
