Ingredients

  • 5 Cup Herb Croutons
  • 1 1/2 lb link sausage cut in 3rds
  • 2 1/2 Cups grated American Chz or Velveeta
  • 4 beate eggs
  • 2 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 3/4 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 soup can filled with low fat evap milk

Preparation

Step 1

Greas 9X13 pan, put croutons on bottom, put browned sausage on next. Beat eggs, milk, and mustard and pour on next.
Cover and refridgerate overnight
Next morning, dilute soup with 1/2 can mlk and pour over top
Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees
