Pumpkin Pie (In A Bag)

I use this recipe at work with my Kindergarten class. So easy and quick! Kids and adults love it! No baking needed!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup of cold milk
  • 2 4oz. boxes of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 15oz. can of pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Whip cream
  • Gallon size Ziploc Bag
  • Dixie Cups

Preparation

Step 1

Pour 1 1/3 milk into Ziploc Bag.
Add both boxes of instant vanilla pudding.
Remove air and close Ziploc Bag. Squeeze and knead the bag, mixing the ingredients together.
Add the can of pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger to the Ziploc bag mixture.
Remove air and close Ziploc Bag. Squeeze and knead the bag again, mixing the ingredients together.
Place graham cracker crumbs into the bottoms of all dixie cups.
Move the mixture into one corner of the Ziploc Bag and cut the tip with a scissor.
Squeeze the mixture into dixie cups, so it goes right on top of the graham cracker crumbs.
Top it off with a dollop of whip cream and enjoy!
