Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 c white karo syrup
  • 1/2 c hot water
  • Cook and stir to 250 degrees on candy thermometer
  • Add 1 pkg raw peanuts
  • Cook and stir to 350 degrees on candy thermometer

Preparation

Step 1

Add 1 tbs butter (margarine) and 1 tsp vanilla.

Remove from heat and add 3 tsp baking soda, mix well and stir fast

Quickly pour onto buttered cookie sheet
