Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups brown rice
- 2 2/3 cups water
- 6 green onions -- sliced
- 2 red peppers -- diced
- 1 cup chopped toasted cashews
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice in water until done. Combine with other ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over rice mixture.
