Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- 1/2 chopped onions
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (4oz) Can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 C. Sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat with oil in a skillet. Add onions and celery and saute until tender. Combine other ingredients in slow cooker except sour cream. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Add sour cream the last hour. (I just stir it in right before I serve). Serve over hot noodles.
