Garlic, oils and chillies - a great quick snack

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli, crushed
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and then drop in the pasta, stirring occasionally.

Put the olive oil, garlic and chilli in a large saute pan and fry until golden, dust with the flour and stir. Add 6 tbsp of boiling water from the pasta and mix well. when the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and toss with the sauce, taste for seasoning and serve at once.
