Soy Garlic Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together soy sauce, EVOO, garlic (minced) and lemon juice.

Place steak in a nonreactive dish, and pour marinade over the top.

Cover, and refrigrate for at least 4 hours (or overnight). Before grilling, remove from marinade, and pat off excess with a paper towel. Makes 3/4 cup.
