Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
- 4 teaspoons pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1/4 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 tablespoons corn flakes, crushed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound whitefish fillets, in 1" pieces
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine mayo-dill. Stir well and chill until ready to serve.
2. Combine cornflakes-salt.
3. Dip fish in egg white, then dredge in cornflake mixture. Place on sprayed baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes, or until crispy. Serve with sauce.
Notes: Very good and very easy. Repeaters - would also be great to freeze.
