Mexican Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp salsa
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 2 Tbsp grated cheese
  • Crumbled chips
  • eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Pam custard cup. Add salsa. Break egg and prick yolk. Add milk and grated cheese and cover with crumbled chips. Cover with platic wrap. Microwave 90 seconds on high. Let stand 1-3 minutes until done.
