Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 stick butter cut in 1 T chunks
- 2 T Crisco
- 1 1/2 - 2 T ice water

Step 1
In a food processor, combine everything except water until small bits like peas form. Add 1 1/2 T water through top and process until dough balls up. Adjust flour and/or water for consistency. Chill if necessary. Roll out to fit a 9" quiche or pie pan
