Ingredients
- 1/3 C butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 2 T cream
- 1/2 C currants
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter & sugar. Add egg, cream, vanilla & mix well. Stir in currants. fill tart shells. Bake at 350°.
