Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef roast, cubed
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 C. beef broth
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 10 hours.

Note: Watch that it doesn’t get too dry and remains the consistency that you want I ended up adding almost 2 cups of water.
