Ingredients
- 1 cup (4 oz) Gruyere grated
- 1 4 oz can whole green chilis
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 t salt
- pepper 8 twists

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle cheese on an unbaked 9 in tart shell. Add the chilis. Mix the eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper in a food processor. Pour over the cheese and chilis. Back at 400 20 min on the top shelf, then turn heat down to 350 for 15-20 min on middle shelf or til set. Let sit 5 min before serving.
