Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4 lrg chicken breast
- 2 sleeves ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 C whole milk
- 3 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 10 oz can cream chicken soup
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 2 tbls butter

Step 1
Cut chicken into 3 pieces. Put milk, cheese and crackers in three different bowls. Add salt and pepper to crackers. Dip chicken in milk, cheese, then crackers. Place coated chicken in a sprayed 9"x13" casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 35 mins. In a med sauce pay combine soup, sour cream and butter, stir until hot. Serve over chicken.
