Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked diced chicken breast
- 2 T toasted sesame seeds
- 2 T slivered almonds or cashews
- 1/2 head chopped cabbage ( I use bagged salad)
- 1 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles (uncooked, crush into
- smaller pieces)
- 2 green onions
- 1 c chopped celery
- Dressing
- 1 seasoning pkg. From ramen noodles
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t accent
- 3 T rice vinegar
- 1/2 c veg. Oil
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix in blender and let stand 3 hrs or overnight.
Note: If using bag salad, put dressing on immediately before serving, it will wilt quickly.
