Ingredients
- 2 cups diced sweet potato (peeled)
- 1/2 – 2/3 cup cook water
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 heaping tablespoon raw tahini
- 1 teaspoon himalayan salt

Preparation
Step 1
Boil the sweet potatoes in enough water to cover them, until they’re soft. Blend the cooked potatoes with the hot cook water and remaining ingredients in a high speed blender until completely smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 6 days.
