Ingredients

  • 3

    egg yolks at room temp

  • 2

    T lemon juice

  • 1/4

    t salt

  • few shakes of white pepper

Directions

Put all in blender. Blend at low speed a few seconds, just long enough to mis smoothly. Melt 1/2 cup butter. Pour the hot butter in the blender slowly. Blend until sauce is smooth.
