  • Filling:
  • 3 Cup flour
  • 3/4 Cup cream
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Pound ground beef or use ground pork and hamburger mixture
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 Cup warm water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first four ingredients to make a soft dough. Roll out thin and cut into squares.
Mix rest of ingredients together. spread 2-3 Tablespoons of hamburger mixture on dough. Fold over and seal edges. Deep fry until brown, turning over once.
Serves 8.
