Mock Eclairs

Wonderful easy dessert that taste like real eclairs

Ingredients

• Box of graham crackers
• 2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
• 8 oz. cool whip
• 3 c. milk
• 1 can chocolate frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together 2 pkgs. pudding with 3 c. mild and add 8 oz. cool whip. Layer crackers with pudding alternately with crackers on top. 3 layers. 3 layers crackers and 2 layers pudding. Top with frosting. Refrigerate.
