Ingredients
- 2 turkeys - butterball 1-20 lbs and 1-15 lbs
- 15 lbs potatoes
- 4 pounds butter
- 4 brown berry bags of dressing
- 1 package of fresh sage
- 2 batches of sweet potatoes
- 4 single batches of green beans
- 2 batches of jiffy corn
- 4 dozen Hawaiian rolls
- 1 gallons of milk
- 31 cups gravy (turkeys yielded 13 cups drippings, boiled giblets 7 cups)
- 31 cups liquid
- 36 TBSP butter
- 36 TBSP flour 4 TBSP = 1/4 cup
- 1 tsp salt per 8 cups liquid
- 1/4 tsp pepper per 8 cups liquid
- 8 - 32 ounce turkey stock
- 2 cans black olives
- 1 jar 35 ounce big green olives
- 1 jar 6 ounce kalamata olives

How it went.
Remind people to bring containers for leftovers
1 and 1/2 pounds of butter left
3 containers of turkey stock left
3 dozen buns would have been enough
Amount of potatoes was fine
Amount of turkey was good
Gravy was just right .
One pan of dressing left
Corn, sweet potatoes, spinach was good
We should only make 4 cans of bean casserole
Four pies and pumpkin dessert was too much dessert
We drank one gallon of milk
Veggies and relish tray were basically eaten
We ate about 6 appetizers
