    cups gravy (turkeys yielded 5 cups drippings, boiled giblets 8-9 cups)

    TBSP flour 4 TBSP = 1/4 cup

Directions

How it went. There was almost no gravy leftover. Perfect amounts for green bean casserole, corn chowder and sweet potatoes. One cake pan of potatoes and dressing which made for good take home for about 5 of us. Maybe 1 dozen too many buns. One gallon of milk leftover. Could have used more cheesecake!
