Ingredients
- 4 1/2 boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 stick margarine
- pepper
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 eggs -- beaten
- 12 ounces fine egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Boil water and add sugar, margarine, and pepper. Bring water to boil again and when the margarine is melted, turn off the flame. Pour noodles into pot with water. Add oil, brown sugar and eggs. Mix well and pour water with the noodles into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until kugel is solid and golden brown on the edges.
