Rich Chocolate Peanut Butter Ribbon

Ingredients

  • 12 sandwich cookies crushed (I use white and brown)
  • 2 Tbs melted margarine
  • 1 8oz pkg of tofutti cream cheese
  • 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tub of 12oz whip cream
  • 4 squares baking chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

-line loaf pan with saran wrap (to take out dessert after frozen)
-crush cookies with margarine
coat pan with crushed mixture (leave some for crumble on top)
-whip the cream
-mix tofutti, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla
-add 3 cups of whip 1 cup at a time slowly and gently
-separate mixture in half and add melted chocolate to one
-layer each mixture on the crumb base
-spread remaining whip on top and add extra crumbs
-cover and freeze
