Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Butter softened
• 2/3 Cup sugar
• 1/2 Cup Kayo sugar
• 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or any flavor extract
• 1 egg
• 4 Cup flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl with mixer at medium speed beat first five ingredients until smooth. Gradually beat in flour and salt until well blended. Chill 1/2 hour, making dough easier to handle.
On floured surface roll out dough to 1/8" thick. Cut out desired shapes. Place 1" apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake to 350* for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wired rack, decorate when fully cooled
