Ingredients

  • 4 Cup Large Marshmallows cut into cubes
  • 2/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 Ounces Package Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients and stir over low heat until mixture comes to a full boil; then boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, beat until mixture is well blended. Add vanilla and nuts, mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 11 pan.






Notes:
8 big marshmallows per cup
12 ounce package of chocolate chips is too chocolaty (I thought that was impossible too) 10 ounces better
