Ingredients
- 2 jars heats of palm
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 6 to 8 mini peppers -- sliced
- 2 containers grape tomatoes -- cut in half
- 1/2 red onion -- sliced thinly
- RED WINE VINAIGRETTE
- 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 shallot -- diced finely
- 1 clove garlic -- chopped finely
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss the hearts of palm with oregano, salt and pepper and oil. Spread on baking sheet and grill until charred.
Allow to cool and then combine with peppers, tomatoes and onion. Mix vinaigrette ingredients and pour over salad.
