- 2 cups sugar Hersheys cocoa to desired color(dark or light) 5oz. evaporated milk 1 stick butter 2 Tlbsp. marshmallow cream 1 cup pecans
- broken into small pieces.
Mix sugar,cocoa to desired color and milk. Add butter and heat until fudge comes to a full boil. Cook for exactly 3 minutes after fudge come to a full boil. Remove from fire and add marshmallow cream. Beat until stiff and pour out on a greased plate.One cup nuts may be added just before you are ready to pour out fudge. When cool, cut into squares.
