Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Heat cream in a sauce pan and lightly boil until it is half its original fume careful not to scorch it
Stir in parmesan basil and salt and pepper
Use immediately
