Italian Sausage and Rice

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage links, browned and sliced
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Zucchini, cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's" Converted" Brand Rice, dry
- 2 cups Chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Remove sausages from the pan, blot on kitchen paper, and drain excess fat from the pan.
Add garlic and mushrooms and saute until mushrooms are tender. Add zucchini, seasoning, rice and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil, place sausages on top. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, then remove from heat.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
